Your right to withdraw within 14 days

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without any penalty.

The simplest way is from your account: open the order and press the withdrawal button. You receive a confirmation by e-mail, with the steps for sending the product back.

What happens after you withdraw

  • You send the product back within 14 days of the day you informed us.
  • We refund every payment received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment.
  • You bear the cost of returning the product, unless we agreed otherwise.
  • The product must be in the condition in which you received it; you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check it.

When it does not apply

The law provides a few exceptions. For our products this one matters most: sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (art. 16 (e) of GEO 34/2014). An opened and used cosmetic product falls here.
